A buyer-led acquisition service

Not another property mailing list.

Deals are matched to a defined mandate, packaged for remote review and released to a small number of buyers who have already demonstrated that they can proceed.

01

Set your mandate

Budget, locations, strategy, minimum margin, finance route and the speed at which you can make a binding decision.

02

Receive matched deals

No generic stock dump. Priority buyers receive only opportunities that fit their agreed acquisition criteria.

03

Reserve and instruct

Reply within the stated window, verify funds and instruct your solicitor or broker immediately. Speed must follow proper due diligence.

The remote acquisition pack

Replace the viewing with better information.

A buyer should not be rushed into a blind decision. The purpose of the pack is to organise the available evidence so an experienced investor can identify the opportunity, the gaps and the risks quickly.

Decisive does not mean reckless.

Priority is based on evidence of readiness: available capital, a credible finance route, a responsive professional team and a clear mandate.

02

Questions

What buyers need to know.

Does “no viewing” mean no due diligence?+

No. It means the buyer is capable of making a remote decision where the evidence is sufficient. Legal, finance, survey and title checks remain the buyer’s responsibility.

Are the deal figures guaranteed?+

No. Values, costs and exit assumptions are estimates supported by the available evidence. Buyers must verify every assumption and stress-test the transaction.

How are deals allocated?+

Deals are matched to buyer criteria and released to a limited group. The live commercial terms should clearly state whether allocation is first-to-reserve, best offer or subject to seller approval.

What happens after I say yes?+

You confirm the basis of your offer, provide funds evidence, sign the relevant terms and instruct your solicitor or broker immediately. Exact steps depend on the transaction structure.
